At ELLA it's important to us that we treat our students with love and respect. In order to do that in the right way we need to understand that each person is unique and that they come from different cultural backgrounds. When we understand this we're able to provide a curriculum that allows the students to learn much more effectively as well as helps teachers to connect with the students on a much more relational level.
Our program is not just about teaching English, but also about helping our international friends make connections in their city and understand each other's cultures so that they can flourish in their new environment.
